The Alamo STEM Ecosystem is pleased to announce the inaugural Alamo STEM Ecosystem professional development conference, Saturday, February 1, 2020. This FREE conference is designed specifically for K-12 teachers interested in learning about STEM-related resources available in the Alamo City.
The Alamo STEM Ecosystem is starting a new tradition, providing an annual, STEM-focused conference, supported by your local Alamo STEM Ecosystem. This year, the conference is hosted by Teacher Enrichment Initiatives at UT Health SA (7703 Floyd Curl Drive). Workshops will feature local scientists providing updates on current research, STEM-related organizations showcasing available education resources, and teachers sharing exemplar lessons. The conference is a great opportunity to network with teachers from other districts, grade levels, and content areas, as together, we create a community of STEM educators.
