Webinar: CTE SSA Zoom Meeting - November 2020



CTE instruction aims at developing foundational skills, core workplace competencies, and specific skill competencies in various occupational areas. Internships, practicums, cooperative education, school-based enterprises, dual enrollment programs, and apprenticeships are a few venues that deliver CTE by providing meaningful opportunities for leaners to apply their academic and technical skills. We serve the career and education community through targeted support for CTE compliance, program development and implementation with rigor and relevancy; bridging with postsecondary education and industry partners to build a global workforce, quality education programs and 21st century learners.

Participants must have a desktop, laptop or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various forms will be required during the session in order to obtain course credit.

These ESC-20 CTE SSA Meetings are exclusively for member districts and charter schools of the ESC-20 Perkins Shared Services Arrangement (SSA) and are for support, networking, and sharing information. These meetings are designed to be collaborative conversations around members’ specific needs related to implementation and guidelines of Perkins Law and in support of CTE career assessment, program development and improvement, compliance and CTE student support.
