This three-day professional development series was designed utilizing research-based resources that have proven effective in assisting schools improve student achievement. This session is designed for Teachers and/or Administrator Teams. Teachers, as well as participating administrators, will explore leadership characteristics and opportunities, collaboration practices, and data-driven decision making to inform instruction. These strategies, when put into practice, translate to increased student and teacher efficacy.
Day 1 (October 1, 2020): Unleashing Leadership - Teachers develop a culture of leadership that communicates and seeks opportunities.
Day 2: (October 20, 2020): Synergistic Thinking - Teachers transform from individuals working in isolation to high-functioning teams that support student success.
Day 3 (November 11, 2020): Powerful Planning - High-functioning teams collaborate and embrace the cycle of teaching and learning.
