The transition process for special education students is an integral part of the educational process. This session will target self-advocacy skills in early childhood, setting up the transition process in the early years, connecting teachers, students and families with effective transition awareness, planning, and supports for the future. It's never too early to start the transition process!
This will be a virtual training and will take place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Upon completing your registration, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for the session. Please add the link to your calendar to ensure you can access it on the day of training.
