This product training will focus on five great tools to help teach and implement Unity® and LAMP Words for Life®. Participants will learn how to use Word Finder, Vocabulary Builder, PRC Application Support Software (PASS demo software), the AAC Language Lab® and Realize Language™. Word Finder and Vocabulary Builder are onboard tools that allow you to find the location of a word and temporarily limits the amount of vocabulary appearing on the screen. Participants will learn how to use pre-made Vocabulary Builder activity sets and create vocabulary sets of their own. PASS demo software is a free download from https://www.prentrom.com/support/PASS/download-nuvoice-pass-software. With PASS you will learn how to create low-tech boards and teaching materials. The training will conclude with a review of the lesson plans, books, games and therapy resources available on the AAC Language Lab. In addition, participants will learn how to monitor, measure and maximize use of a PRC communication device by using data logging in conjunction with Realize Language.
