Is this your first year teaching Pre-K? Pre-K is a whole new ball game, want to make this year a home run? This multiple session course is designed to introduce teachers new to Pre-K to essential components of quality early childhood instruction. Activities are geared towards supporting immediate implementation of basic teaching and learning strategies throughout a preschool day.
Due to the switching to a Virtual Platform, we will meet in a Zoom and some additional activities will be self guided in between meetings to earn the hours you may want or need!
This session will take place in the form of a Zoom session. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various forms will be required during the session in order to obtain course credit. You will receive a confirmation email from Connect20.
