Important Session Information:


Charting the Course is a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and ESC-20 collaborative activity. The aim is to engage students with disabilities and their families in education and planning events to support the student’s successful transition to post-secondary education and/or employment after high school.

Note: This session is being offered via Webinar at the same time and on the same date. To join the Webinar instead, you will need to register for the Webinar Session ID: 71086 via Connect20 in order to receive credit and to receive the link to access the zoom meeting.
Decision making is key for students as they get older and prepare for the real world after high school. This session will discuss the importance of teaching decision making, goal setting and self advocacy to help students prepare to be successful after high school.
