2020 Child Nutrition Summer Workshop Series: Managing Employee Performance



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
 


Important Session Information:


Managing employee performance is essential to maximizing your employees’ potential. This session will provide tips for communicating performance expectations, motivating and managing performance, and addressing common problems. Join experienced HR professionals and develop the skills necessary for avoiding grievances and lawsuits and claims of discrimination, retaliation, and unfair treatment.

Session will be presented by April Mabry, Assistant Director, HR Services with TASB.

Participants that attend Managing Employee Performance and Time In and Time Out - Understanding Employee Works Hours and Leave (Session 68640) will receive (3) TASN Hours (Level 4). Please note, all required course hours must be attended in order for the attendee to receive a certificate of completion, partial credit will not be given.
