2020 Child Nutrition Summer Workshop Series: Food Safety and Sanitation



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
 


Important Session Information:


This course will provide an overview on the HACCP food safety system, the goal of which is to prevent food safety problems from occurring.  This course will review food safety principles, developing and maintaining a HACCP policy, resources and best practices under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.
