Webinar: ASCENDER TeacherPortal Consultant Resource Training



The Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) is a statewide cooperative of 19 Texas Education Service Centers (ESCs).  The TCC has been providing high quality, compliant, comprehensive business and student software and support to Texas LEAs for over 50 years.  The TCC product, ASCENDER, is used by 885 LEAs in Texas to empower LEAs to make informed decisions and engage stakeholders through powerful tools and applications.  The TCC operates only in Texas, serving Texas schools through Regional Education Service Centers.  



Important Session Information:


The TeacherPortal CRT (Renee Lee, Coleman Kendall, Stephanie Smelley, Charles York, and, facilitator, Lynda Hoffpauir) will be offering a Zoom training on June 24th & 25th. This will be an in-depth look at the newest ASCENDER portal. Day one will consist of Help, Admin Setup, Teacher Setup, Attendance, and Discipline. Day two will consist of Grades, Rubrics, Skills-based Grading, and possibly Standards-based Grading.

This is offered as a Zoom training and will be recorded.

Note: This session will take place in the form of a webinar. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various  forms will be required during the session in order to obtain course credit.
