Serving our diverse populations through gifted differentiation is no easy task. First, we have to find them! Let's explore strategies that allow for the characteristics of giftedness to bubble up in all students so that teachers are better able to see and document those characteristics. Once identified as students who will benefit from gifted interventions, our diverse student populations' learning needs must be met. Let's also explore strategies for respectfully and intentionally meeting our students where they are and fostering academic growth and resilience through learner-centered planning and strategies that meet their academic as well as social emotional learning needs.

This session will be a Zoom session from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. There will be a product component that will be submitted to complete your 6 hour credit.
This Training can take the place of G/T Day 4 or 5 or a G/T 6 hour update if not previously taken.
