Important Session Information:


This training will help adults learn the characteristics of someone being bullied and how to recognize signs of children who bully. We will discuss Senate Bill 179 (David’s Law) and provide tools to check if an incident is a true “bullying” incident or a peer conflict. Adults will leave with tips on how to empower young people to solve their own problems and learn ways to respond to bullying situations, using research-based interventions and techniques. Examples activities will be shared.  Conversations will be had to create an understanding that teaching empathy is important to create a positive culture conducive to learning and will stop bullying.

Webinar Session Requirements: Participants must join using a desktop, computer, laptop, Chromebook or other electronic device that allows access to ZOOM.
