Recognizing Mental Illness in Students: differentiating what’s to be expected during Pandemic times and what might be cause for greater concern.

  • Participants will learn general warning signs of anxiety & depression in children & adolescents, what to look for in a virtual setting, and the difference between clinical mental illness and typical emotional responses.
  • Participants will additionally be provided with general emotion regulation skills that can be shared with students and families.
