In this full-day virtual presentation, Dr. Tammy Stephens will introduce evaluators to the Core-Selective Evaluation Process (C-SEP). An overview of C-SEP will be presented to include the key components: 3 P’s and the C-SEP framework in the morning. The collection, organization, and analysis of multiple sources of data will be discussed and demonstrated. Strategies for pattern seeking techniques and score interpretation will be reviewed in the afternoon. To ensure understanding and implementation, activities will be implemented as the presenter highlights a C-SEP case study. Resources that can be used in the implementation of C-SEP will be provided. After attending the training, evaluators employed in a local education agency (district or charter) within Region 20 will receive a C-SEP manual.
