TOPP candidates will learn how the consistency of rules, procedures, building rapport and organization of time contribute to classroom management will be an effective teacher.
TOPP candidates will create and submit a classroom management plan. The plan communicated at job interviews and the first week of school resulting in a positive classroom environment.
