Zoom Video Modeling for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance for families and professionals working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a variety of school settings.

Important Session Information:

Video modeling is an evidence-based prompting strategy that can be used to increase positive behaviors and can help with skill acquisition in individuals with autism. Bringing video modeling into the classroom has many benefits. I can teach new skills and is a great strategy that works in a variety of scenarios.  In this session with will explore the ways to use video modeling to teach:

Walking down the hallway

Walking into the lunchroom

Washing their hands

Sitting in the designated area

Video modeling is a highly effective tool that promotes independence and confidence in all learners.

This session will take place in the form of a Zoom webinar.
