Webinar Parent Training: Life Care Planning



ESC-20 provides resources and training opportunities for parents and famillies of students served within federal programs, including Title I, Title III, and Special Education.
 


Important Session Information:


Creating a future that provides for both your own financial needs and those of a dependent with special needs can feel overwhelming. Addressing the reality of what does a special needs caregiver need to do today to ensure the sustainable care for a special needs loved one at the death of a caregiver. This workshop will discuss four focus areas that should be considered with integrated planning, and a recommended timeline to avoid any disruption in the care of a loved one with special needs. General overview of Letter of Intent, Special Needs Trusts, Guardianship, Public Assistance, etc. 

This training will be provided by Special Care Planner, Jeffre A. McCraken, ChSNC, LUTCF, FSCP.
