TEA Federal Fiscal Compliance and Reporting Division presents Comparability, Indirect Cost Rates & General Updates (Virtual Session)



ESC-20  provides training and technical assistance to districts/charter schools in the areas of: Federal Program Updates, Completion of the Consolidated Application SAS and Performance Based Monitoring. 
 


Important Session Information:


This session will provide information and guidance regarding Title I, Part A Comparability of Services requirement, procedures for applying for an Indirect Cost Rate, and general updates of upcoming compliance and reporting activities. TEA staff will discuss applicable federal law, state processes, timelines, and available resources for LEAs.
