This session is open ONLY to prior Mathematics Achievement Academy (3 day ) participants. You must have been present all three days of the Math Achievement Academy and completed it before registering for this session. If you are unsure about your eligibility to register, please contact Abigail Garza at 210-370-5780. 

Ramp up the problem solving in your 1st grade classroom!  Attend this blended session to learn several strategies to increase student achievement.  Discover how mathematical language routines support the needs of all students. See how specific formative assessments help make student thinking visible, and hear how math discourse can be increased by incorporating the 5 practices!   


Important Session Information:

This Mathematics Achievement Academy blended learning follow-up session is comprised of three parts:   

1) Face-to-Face Introductory Session 12:30 - 3:30 on June 8, 2021

2) Online Self-Paced Learning from June 9, 2021 - June 21, 2021

3) Face-to-Face Follow-up Session 12:30 - 3:30 on June 23, 2021

 All 3 parts must be completed to receive the $100 stipend.
