Highly skilled instructional coaches inspire and guide staff to reach their full potential, and positively impact performance at all levels of the organization. In this two-day session participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS, T-PESS and informal observation cycles, or any conversation about teaching and learning.
This is a 2 day session and attendance is required both days.
