Contracting Entity (CE) sites operating the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs approved to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) will serve all children that receive a reimbursable meal at no charge. Participate in an overview of the data used to establish claiming percentages for sites selected by a CE to participate in CEP. Review examples of supporting documentation and the validation process required when CEP is elected during the application renewal process. Discuss the direct certification matching process, definitions and the required CEP report that all CEs must submit in TX-UNPS every April.
