ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to programs serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing, including assisting programs meet the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing across the continuum of placement options.

The Communication Report is imperative to the eligibility of a student who is deaf or hard of hearing and must include information regarding language and communication. In this session, best practices in multidisciplinary collaboration, data gathering, and report writing will be discussed.
