Not sure what transition or what the transition process is in the IEP? Join this session to learn what the transition process is and how it can affect the outcome off students post-secondary success. Session will discuss updates on federal and state policy and will include the topics below: 

  • Self-determination,
  • Transition assessments,
  • Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Post-Secondary goals,
  • courses of study,
  • summary of performance (SOP)
  • State Performance Plan (SPP) indicator 13.
