Important Session Information:

For every action, there is a reaction. During this time of uncertainty, behaviors may come up that you've never seen before in the young person standing or sitting in front of you. According to Dr. Geoff Colvin, when a person experiences a behavior, there is a BEGINNING, MIDDLE and END to what he calls the "cycle" of emotions that we all go through. This session will examine effective strategies to promote de-escalation.

Note: This session will take place in the form of a webinar . You will receive a confirmation email from Connect20 after you register containing the Zoom link.
