Positive peer relationships and supportive interaction with family, faculty, and staff are known to be important factors in students' academic performance and emotional well-being.
During this session, we will discuss four sources of resilience based on tools from The Resilience Breakthrough by Christian Moore that can help every person in a school – students, teachers, and staff.
This session will take place in the form of a Zoom session. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or
Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various
forms will be required during the session in order to obtain course credit.
