We will be able to speak with, network with, and problem solve with other administrators so that we can be in compliance with Texas Education Code §37.008. TEC §37.008 is defined as an educational and self-discipline alternative education instructional program, adopted by local policy for students in elementary through high school grades who are removed from their regular classes for mandatory or discretionary disciplinary reasons.
