The Texas State Plan ensures that educators create instructional experiences that allow for students to apply content in ways that connect to their educational needs. Often times, this can seem like a task that can create more work for the students and the educators. In this session, you will be analyzing strategies and approaches to consider when designing lessons for G/T students in your class day. Please bring instructional materials that you will want to enrich in this session.
This training can be taken instead of G/T Day 4 or 5. It will also satisfy the requirement for a G/T 6 hour update.
This session is open to all districts.
The training will take place at the Brooks Collegiate Academy located on 4802 Vance Jackson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230
Please bring charged technology and lessons you may want to use as the focus of your instruction for this session.
