The ESC-20 School Safety Program provides training and technical assistance to school districts in the comprehensive development of school safety programs.
Description: Please join us for our annual hurricane preparation/planning meeting. Our goal is to provide an overview of the process that would be used in the event the State should declare a state of emergency due to a major hurricane evacuation and school districts were called upon to support the efforts.
Topics of discussion for the meeting include:
Use of Campus Facilities - Capt. Brandon Murray, San Antonio Fire Department
Local Emergencies - American Red Cross
Please note this is an in-person event, and will be hosted at the Maples Conference Center, ESC-20. As per recent guidance from the CDC we have relaxed our face covering and social distancing requirements. Face coverings are now optional and social distancing is no longer required.
