You have been selected to participate in Effective Operations of the CACFP. Your mission- should you choose to accept- will include acquiring crucial skills and knowledge on meal patterns, menu planning, creditable foods, documentation, and several other top secret subjects. Participants will learn to unlock previously uncharted portions of their brain to become experts in operations, preparing you for future assignments in the CACFP.
