Webinar: UKG Timekeeping System (Migrant Tutors)



The Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program (MEP) supports migratory student success in school and successful transition to post-secondary education or employment. The ESC-20 MEP provides various levels of support to local education agencies (LEA).
 


Important Session Information:


UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is ESC-20's new HR Management System and will replace Oracle eBusiness Suite and bring mobile application accessibility. Modules include:

  • HR Core Functionality to replace Oracle HR Self-Service/Manager Self-service.

  • Time and Labor Management (TLM) to automate time sheets for part-time staff.

  • Talent Acquisition to replace iRecruitment and integrate the recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Performance Management to replace the eCPR System for FY 2021-2022.

 

This training will take place in the form of a Zoom session. Participants must join using a desktop computer, laptop or Chromebook. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software is required for this training and available for free download at this site: https://get.adobe.com/reader . Participants must also have a Google account; visit https://www.google.com/ to create one. Active participation in various forms will be required during this session in order to obtain course credit.
