This course is designed to teach law enforcement investigators how to efficiently mine data from various social media platforms. Students are shown best practices to prepare legal process for these platforms and are shown how to properly setup a covert social media profile. Students are also introduced to geofence investigations, how to prepare legal process for these investigations, how to analyze the data and when to use geofence as an investigative tool.
