Human Capital Services functions as a strategic partner supporting human resources teams with the tools necessary for recruiting and developing district talent, thus allowing them to retain highly effective leaders, teachers, and auxiliary staff across their LEA.

Investigators from the TEA Educator Investigations division will provide an overview of the division’s responsibilities; discuss requirements for reporting child abuse and educator misconduct, examine keys for conducting productive investigations, and present case studies.“
