Professional development for school counselors is aligned with the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs and supports work in the four service delivery components: Guidance Curriculum, Responsive Services, Individual Planning, and System Support.


 


Important Session Information:


Come join us for a day of wellness, rejuvenation, and self-care! In this session, participants will learn strategies and ideas to help promote positive well-being for themselves and others. Presenters will discuss polyvagal theory, nutrition, proper breathing, and stress management. Participants will develop action plans and make and take grounding kits.
