Important Session Information:

2021-2022 Self-Assessment Requirements:

  • The Special Education Self-Assessment application will open in May 2022. The deadline for submitting the required 7 Compliance/Strategy items will be September 30, 2022.

While all 23 Self-Assessment Compliance/Strategy Items will not be required until the 2022-2023 school year, it's never too early to develop a system to start organizing this momentous task.

This session is designed to address not only the basics involved in identifying implementation levels and writing justification statements, but to share ways that LEAs have devised to disseminate, coordinate, communicate and complete the self-assessment. We will share the best of what we have learned including: sample forms, examples of communications, progress tracking and more in an effort to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

Upon registration completion you will receive an email confirmation that will contain the ZOOM link to join this session. An email reminder will also be sent 1-2 days prior to the scheduled training.
