In this two-day crash course, administrators and leadership teams will learn how to create and implement a High Impact Tutoring program at their district or campus using a proven model of success with step-by-step guidance. This course will cover a program aim, setting the foundation, acceleration vs. remediation, identifying students, hiring and training tutors, choosing high quality instructional materials, and pathways for evaluation and communication.
