Purpose: Minimizing vulnerability and accusations of sexual harassment, what to do

if it occurs, how to avoid being held liable for someone else’s act, and procedures for

reporting sexual harassment for victims.

  • Defining harassment in the school workplace
  • Understanding SB 7 and the obligations with respect to sex offenders
  • Preventing sexual and other harassment accusations

  • How to prevent being held liable for someone else's act of harassment
  • Student-to-student sexual and other harassment
  • Title IX, including transgender issues
