This session will be held in person at Region 20 with a virtual option. Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day before.
Charting the Course is a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and ESC-20 collaborative activity. The aim is to engage students with disabilities and their families in education and planning events to support the student’s successful transition to post-secondary education and/or employment after high school. Session will cover the transition process in a students IEP and help make the connection to outside services using the Texas Workforce Commission Pre-Employment (Pre-ETS) to continue post school success after the students leave high school.
