Drug Impairment Training for Education Professionals (DITEP) - One Day RefresherTraining



ESC-20 School Health Program provides training and technical assistance to school districts in the comprehensive development of health programs. 
 


Important Session Information:


This training is a one day refresher course to make the previously certified nurse up to date with the current issues and trends. It is schedule to be held from 8 AM to 5 PM. 

DITEP is a program that focuses on awareness of drug impairment among
adolescent students. Can YOU identify an impaired student in YOUR school?

Participants will learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and/or alcohol impairment, in order to prevent an impaired student from driving away from campus and/or
serve as a treatment intervention tool to reduce future instances of DWI. This training serves to help reduce the number of underage alcohol and/or drug-related traffic fatalities.
