Join this exciting FREE session on Transition Planning presented by national presenters Dr. Gary Clark and Dr. James Patton. They are the designers of the Transition Planning Inventory (TPI) 3.
During this session Dr. Patton an Dr. Clark will share the importance of using an age appropriate transition assessment. In addition, they will teach participants how to use the TPI-3 data to build a quality transition plan for students. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FREE TPI-3 KIT, (Limited to one per LEA), that includes the assessment they may use with their students on their campus.
Continued support will be provided to participates following this session in a zoom meeting that will be held six weeks later with Dr. Clark and Patterson. In the zoom sessions participants can share how they are using the kit and the type of data they are able to gathered from the TPI-3 assessment.
