ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.

Important Session Information:


This session will include assessing student transition needs, strengths, and references & interests.  Participants will be guided to develop appropriate IEP goals, post-secondary goals, courses of study, summaries of performance (SOP) and include local agencies. 

Hands-on examples of select formal and informal assessment techniques/tactics will be provided using interactive activities. Several resources will be shared to help educators select an age appropriate transition assessment to support the students' post-secondary goals.
