This session will discuss how to create a transition plan that is more than just a checkbox.  Learn how to take your transition plans to the next level of individualization by helping the student meet their post-secondary goals.  Content will also help bolster compliance to meet the transition criteria for State Performance Plan Indicator (SPP) 13.
