Educators lead in and out of the classroom and with each step we widen our perspective to extend our ripple effect on educating ALL of our students. The Next Step Leadership training is aimed to enrich the growth and development of educators who aspire to their next leadership position.
This six-session leadership development series is designed to allow participants to actively engage in their self-development and growth, increase their tool box, and refine their aptitude in preparation of taking the next step into leadership inside or outside of the classroom.
