Well-crafted essential components are critical in the development of student-centered Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) and progress monitoring. Although not a prerequisite, this 60-minute virtual session is the perfect introduction to the full 2-Day Standards-Based IEP Process Training for Teachers. We will provide a "bite-sized" overview of how to develop effective, standards-based Present Level of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFP) and IEP goals as part of the Lunch & Learn Series. This session focuses on how essential IEP components align and how data drives IEP development and progress monitoring.
Other 60-minute Fall sessions in the Lunch & Learn Series are listed below. Courses are offered at different times, and the Lunch & Learn Series will be repeated in the Spring.
