Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists provide related services in the schools and need to be aware of the regulations that govern their evaluations and intervention. This workshop will focus on common legal questions regarding school practice for OTs and PTs.
Objectives:
- Describe special education regulations related to OT and PT services
- Characterize implications of regulations for evaluation procedures
- Characterize implications of regulations for intervention procedures
