The Whole Enchilada: Cooking and Serving from Start to Finish (Track 1 / Day 2)
This two-day workshop is intended for staff in a cook or server role. We will offer four tracks. Each track will offer the same information but will be in different rooms. In correlation with this session, please register for Track 1 / Day 1 Session ID 83977.

Description
The real Rock stars are in the kitchen! Come help us get the old band back together for a little practice on meal patterns, food production records and food buying guide, kitchen math, and weights and measures!
Whether you are a lead singer or strumming along on guitar, every member is needed when it comes to kitchen prep, knife skills, standardized recipes, and batch cooking. This includes safety measures taken along the way including HACCP, operating kitchen tools and equipment, and special diets.
To make sure it’s a true jam "sesh," learn helpful tips to make sure everyone gets along using effective communication and stress management. Not only that, but make sure your biggest fans stay that way with student management skills!
After this workshop, you’ll be shredding (cabbage) like a pro!
