Target Audience: PK-12 school counselors, nurses, and social workers
Join us for our 2nd Annual Self-Care Retreat for School Counselors, Nurses, and Social Workers! During this day of wellness and rejuvenation, we will discuss strategies and ideas to help promote positive well-being for ourselves and others. Topics will include nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management. Participants will develop personal self-care action plans that can be adapted to use with colleagues and students.
