Join this session to learn about the transition process and how it can affect the outcome of a student’s post-secondary success. We will discuss updates on federal and state policy and dive into discussions on the following topics:  

  • Self-determination,
  • Transition assessments,
  • Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Post-Secondary goals,
  • courses of study,
  • summary of performance (SOP)
  • State Performance Plan (SPP) indicator 13.
