This session will introduce you to the Connect20 (escWorks) system, where you will receive instructions on how to navigate through the following:
- LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!: How to search for room availability at our conference center.
- WHAT IS THIS?: Distinguish between the need for a meeting, session or conference.
- KNOW WHEN TO HOST THEM AND WHEN TO FOLD THEM: Understanding when to cancel or reschedule and the steps it takes to do these successfully
- IS THERE SOMETHING I SHOULD KNOW?: Adding comments for registrants and staff in your session details.
- WHAT YOU DO MATTERS!: Standards and Indicators and its relationship with your session's Contact Hours and attendance.
- JUST A PEEK: A glance at the Reports' system and becoming familiar with the folders provided on the report explorer.
This session is for ESC20 staff only and is NOT a mandatory training. If you are tasked to create meetings, sessions or conferences for your group, please consider joining us.
