This learning session will familiarize participants with the key tenets of how Significant Disproportionality is identified and, subsequently, monitored and addressed in Texas. It begins with an overview of the Significant Disproportionality regulations and its methodology before exploring SD data calculations, reporting, and helpful resources. 


Intended Audience: LEA Leaders (Campus and District-Level)
