G/T 6 hour update - G/T students in the Blended Classroom (Bandera ISD)



The Gifted and Talented program at Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) promotes and supports the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students through professional development and technical assistance. This is accomplished by advocating, designing and providing an array of learning experiences for teachers and administrators of gifted and talented students in order to enable them to provide a nurturing environment in which these students with special abilities, unique needs, and diverse backgrounds are recognized.

Important Session Information:


This session will provide an overview of Blended Learning and its benefits to enrichment for students. The Station Rotation Model will enhance and engage students by putting an emphasis on personalized learning. These experiences are essential if we are to meet the needs of these very diverse learners. Participants will create differentiated opportunities that have an emphasis on the Blended Learning Model to appropriately challenge EACH learner

NOTE: This session can count for a G/T Day 4, Day 5 or 6-Hour Update if not previously taken.
